All images and content produced by BehindTheLens remain the property of the photographer unless explicitly transferred in writing. Clients are granted limited personal use rights.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients must provide accurate information, arrive on time, and adhere to any agreed-upon guidelines during the shoot.

5. Liability

BehindTheLens is not responsible for circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, equipment failure, or client negligence. Our liability is limited to the value of the services purchased.

6. Cancellation & Refunds

• Cancellations must be communicated in writing.
• Refunds may be provided at the discretion of BehindTheLens, depending on timing and service type.
